Sorry we missed you today! Today I applied a liquid residual around the perimeter of the home focusing on around doors, windows and soffits. This will assist in the elimination and prevention of spiders, crickets and various other general pests. I made sure to avoid personal items along the foundation of the home. I checked and replenished all exterior rodent stations around the home. Moderate feeding observed. Replaced all bait. After that, I checked your exterior termite monitors and am happy to report there were no signs of termites on these monitors today. I inspected for any possible entry points. I do recommend repairing some of the flashing and cracks around the foundation area to help prevent interior infestations. Lastly, I could hear squirrels running around in you second floor soffit area. I would recommend seeking out a wildlife professional to assist in removal and preventative measures for the squirrels. I have also replenished the bait in the exterior bait stations which showed minor feeding activity. This treatment will help eliminate and control general pests activity. The service entails removing visible cobwebs around entryway, treating the exterior perimeter, window & door trim, the deck, (if there’s one) and eaves with a liquid residual application. This treatment will assist in controlling pests activity, such as, ants, boxelder bugs, centipedes, crickets, spiders, general pests, and stink bugs.
