I recently received the 2nd treatment for bedbugs. (Freaked out after seeing one on my jacket at work) Not only did he take the time to listen to my concerns, he constantly reassured me that I would be ok and if anything is in my house, it wouldn’t be after he was done. After the first treatment I did feel a little at ease, and when he came back for the second one, he asked how I felt. I said much better, he assured me that he didn’t see any signs of anything but if I did see anything, to give Greenpest solutions a call and he would be right out. On a side note, I told him I was seeing a lot of spider webs on my outside porch and he said oh don’t worry, I will take care of that too. How can you not love this guy!!! Mark came right at the beginning of the time frame I was giving. Put shoes covers on his shoes to walk through the house. He did the whole house even though the problem was only upstairs and went outside and did around the whole outside as well. He was super nice. Just overall great experience. In the future i will be requesting to have Mark come out for now on.
